Privacy Policy

Welcome to Zorvath. This Privacy Policy explains how the Zorvath mobile application handles device permissions, Apple Look Around street imagery, map placement, photo tools, and optional App Store purchases in plain language so you can decide how you want to use the product.

Zorvath completes its core features entirely through local processing on your own device. There is no account system of any kind, so there is no account registration, no sign-in, and no account deletion flow. Everything stays under local handling only. Materials you choose to keep remain only on your personal device, and when you actively remove them they are gone from the app’s local storage. Zorvath does not collect any facial data. Choosing a portrait photo for a street composite is voluntary. That optional step runs as a local one-time generation on your device alone, without building any face library, without sending the portrait anywhere, and without sharing the portrait with others. Using a photo for a local composite is not the same as gathering facial data. The app may use a photo you select for that local one-time generation while still refusing to keep facial data as a lasting record.

Zorvath lets you browse Apple MapKit Look Around coverage, place pins on a map, save favorites locally, adjust a display name kept only on-device, and spend coins or subscribe through Apple official commerce when you want more Look Around sessions. Map traffic overlays rely on Apple map layers shown on your handset. None of those journeys depend on creating a Zorvath login.

Local Handling And Absence Of Accounts

Because every primary workflow finishes on-device, Zorvath never asks you to register an identity with us. A display name you type is a local label for your settings screen. Removing the app or clearing that label removes it from the device. There is still no Zorvath account to close because no such account exists.

Purchases, restores, and subscription status are managed through your Apple ID and Apple official billing screens. Zorvath reads entitlement status from Apple frameworks on the device so Pro access or coin balances can appear in the interface after you finish a purchase.

Photos, Portraits, And Facial Data

You may replace place thumbnails or compose a portrait with street imagery. Those actions begin only when you pick media yourself. The composition is a local one-time generation performed on your handset. Zorvath does not collect any facial data, does not assemble a face catalog, and does not keep portrait pixels for later remote work. After you delete a custom thumbnail or a saved composite file from the device, that local copy is removed with it.

Saying that facial data is not gathered does not mean portraits are never used. It means a portrait is used solely for the local one-time generation you start, stays on your device during that process, and is not sent elsewhere or retained as facial data for other purposes.

Location And Map Context

If you allow Location access, Zorvath can center the map near you and rank nearby Look Around places. Location readings power on-device map placement only. Turning Location off in system settings stops further use of that permission for centering. Search queries you type are used to find places through Apple map search on the device session you started.

Street Imagery And Saved Places

Street views come from Apple Look Around where coverage exists. Coverage depends on Apple imagery availability. Saved places, coin balances, free daily session counts, and preference toggles such as map style live in on-device storage so the app can restore your choices the next time you open it. Clearing app data or uninstalling removes those local items.

Permissions You Control

iOS may show prompts for Location or Photos. You can approve or deny each prompt. Denial simply blocks the related system capability. Zorvath will not push you into system Settings screens from those notices. You remain free to change permissions later inside iOS Settings on your own.

Children And Age Awareness

Zorvath is intended for a general audience that can understand map exploration and App Store purchases. Guardians should supervise device use by younger people and manage Apple ID purchasing controls as they see fit.
